We review hundreds of resumes each day to find the few that best fit our client’s needs. To move forward, a candidate must have all the necessary technical skills and enough relevant experience.
If we like an applicant, we ask them to make a short video about their work experience. The video helps us learn more about the candidate and see their communication skills and English proficiency.
Only after this do we schedule the first interview. We check not just the hard skills but also if the candidate is a good cultural fit. We want to make sure they will be a good long-term match for both InternetMorans and our clients.
For most roles, we ask candidates to complete a test to show they have the necessary skills. The tests vary in length and difficulty, but they help us identify any gaps in their expertise.
The final step is an interview with our leadership. We make sure the candidate has all the skills needed for their client, fits well with our culture, and doesn’t have any red flags.
After finding and screening the candidates, we’ll place the new Internet Moran at your company. Our customer success team will check in with you and your Internet Moran regularly to make sure everything is going well.
